Method :
In a large
skillet, heat the oil. Add the shrimp and stir fry for 5-7 minutes,
until shrimp are opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pan and keep them
warm. To the skillet add the onion, pineapple and vinegar. Bring to a
boil. Season with the soy sauce and dry mustard. Cook 1 minute. Return
the shrimp to the pan briefly to heat through in the sauce. Remove the
pan from the heat and stir in the Equal. Serve over rice.
