chicken fillet, minced
cauliflower (to dice)
long beans (to dice)
carrot (to dice)
corn kernel
tomato, sliced thinly
eggs
tomato sauce
salt and sugar to taste |
Method :
- Heat 2 tablespoons margarine.
- Fry diced vegetables, corn kernels and sliced tomato.
- Add minced chicken and stir-fry.
- Stir in tomato sauce, then season with salt and sugar.
- Allow to cook for 5-8 minutes then remove from stove.
- To prepare omelets, heat remaining margarine in a flat pan.
- Beat eggs and fry.
- Make sure omelets is round and even all over.
- Lower the heat, then carefully pour cooked ingredients onto the
omelets.
- Roll omelets and dish up.
Serves 3-4
