Method :
Fry
the onion in the butter for 2-3 minutes over moderate heat. Add
the peas, stock and honey and season with salt and pepper. Cover
and simmer for 8 minutes. Add
the grapes and simmer for a further 3-4 minutes, until the peas are
just tender. Garnish with the chopped mint and serve at once.
Serves 4
This dish is specially good with lamb, and
with white fish.
