canned pineapple chunks (in juice), drained

seedless raisins
1 tea
spoon brown sugar

Method :
- Place baked potato in a small baking dish.
- Spoon pineapple and raisins into potato;
sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Broil in oven until sugar melts into a
glaze
