Method :

Break the cauliflower into florets or
leave it whole.

Place the water in the bottom of a
large saucepan.

Bring water to a boil and add the
cauliflower, either in the steamer basket or directly to the pan.

Cover tightly and steam for 7-10
minutes, until cauliflower is tender.

If the water starts to boil away, add
a bit more.

Remove cauliflower from basket or pan.
-
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Serves 4
