Chinese mushrooms, halved and steamed

fish sauce
white pepper
thin soy sauce
thick soy sauce
several broccoli
salt to taste
Clean the fish, wash and cut into 2.
Season the fish well with the pounded ginger, pepper, soy sauce and salt.
Steam the fish in a steamer over rapidly boiling water until cooked.
Place the fish on a plate and garnish with steamed mushrooms and broccoli.
Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle with salt.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
