Ingredients :

1 teaspoon
crabs, remove the top shell and cut into 2
fresh red chilies
cloves garlic
vinegar
salt and sugar to taste
Put the crabs on a steaming tray and steam over rapidly boiling water until cooked.
Prepare the sauce.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Add in 1/2 cup water or more if the sauce is too thick.
Serve the steamed crabs immediately with the sauce.
