soy sauce
honey
Worcestershire sauce
bacon rashers
small wooden skewers, soaked in water
oysters, shells discarded
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.
Cut bacon rashers into strips 3cm long.
Wrap bacon around oysters, then thread onto skewers, 2 per skewer.
Place skewers onto a foil-lined baking tray.
Pour marinade over oysters, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
Grill oysters until bacon is golden.
Ready to serve.
