Method :
Brush each fish fillet with combined
lemon juice, pepper and garlic. Lay two spinach leaves (cut to fit) on
top of each fillet. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Brush each roll with melted butter and
bake in a baking dish at 180C for 20 minutes or until cooked
through.
Garnish with chives and serve with a
small salad, if desired.
