Method :
Put the cream cheese in a 11/2-quart
microwavable casserole. Microwave on high 100% for 45-60 seconds, until
softened. Stir in the crabmeat, mayonnaise, wine, onion,
mustard, salt, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Microwave on high 100% for 3-4 minutes, until the
mixture is hot and bubbly. Serve at once.
Makes 11/2 cups
This is sure to be a hit at your next
party. Serve it in a chafing dish or on a hot tray with rye cocktail
bread or crackers.
Cooking Tip :
If you wrap bread in paper towels, it will
reheat very nicely in the microwave without drying out.
