Fried Prawns In Lime Juice Recipes

medium sized prawns
eggs, beaten
corn flour
limes
chili sauce
salt to taste
oil for deep frying |
Method :

Shell the prawns, slit down the back
and remove the black vein.

Wash well and drain.

Mix in corn flour and salt to the
beaten eggs.

Heat oil in a wok.

Dip the prawns into the batter and
deep fry until golden and crispy.

Lift immediately to a serving plate.

Slice the limes thinly and arrange
around the prawns.

Serve immediately with chili sauce.
