shallots, sliced
pieces asam gelugur

Method :
- Place the pounded ingredients with
water in a pan and bring to boil.
- Add in the fish and asam gelugur.
- Season to taste with salt.
- In a separate pan, heat the oil
and fry the sliced shallots.
- Pour into the gravy.
- Serve hot with plain boiled rice.
