Method :
- Clean the cuttlefish, cut into
pieces and drain.
- Pound the chilies, shallots,
garlic and prawn paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the
ingredients until fragrant.
- Add in lemon grass, sugar and
salt.
- Stir further and add in the
cuttlefish.
- Cook until the cuttlefish is
tender.
