Method :
- Soak calamari until soft.
- Finely chop calamari tentacles.
- Cut calamari bodies into halves
and mark crosses on surface.
- Cut the stalks from the caps of
mushrooms.
- Soak until soft and finely chop.
- Wash and finely chop shrimps.
- To make filling, mix pork,
mushrooms, squid tentacles, water chestnut and shrimps with
marinade.
- Put some filling on each slice of
squids.
- Roll and arrange on serving plate.
- Steam for 5 minutes.
- Remove and drain liquid from
steaming calamaris.
- Add sauce and sprinkle with
Chinese parsley.
- Serve.
