Ingredients :

1 tablespoon
1/2 cup
4-serving envelope lemon-flavored low-calorie gelatin
vinegar
shredded carrot
chopped green onion
Combine gelatin and dash salt; add 2 cups boiling water and vinegar; still till gelatin dissolves.
Chill till partially set; fold in carrot and onion.
Pour into 4 individual molds.
Chill firm.
Unfold on greens.
