Ingredients :

mayonnaise or salad dressing
minced onion
lemon juice
soy sauce
curry powder
7-ounce can tuna, drained and flaked
5-ounce can water chestnuts, sliced
Combine mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, soy and curry; blend well.
Add tuna and water chestnuts; toss mixture gently; chill.
Serve in lettuce cups.
