Method :
Bring
the orange juice, water, geranium leaves and jelly slowly to the
boil in a wide pan. Add
the prepared fruit, shake the pan well and bring very slowly to the
boil. Take
care not to let the fruit collapse. Discard the geranium leaves and serve hot. Though
of course it's equally delicious cold.
