Method :
- In a saucepan, heat fish sauce,
tamarind water, sugar, garlic, chili and 2 tablespoons water to the
boil.
- Stir in bamboo shoots and heat for
1-2 minutes.
- Stir in rice, then turn into a
warmed dish, scatter over spring onion and garnish with coriander
leaves.
