Ingredients :

white wine
orange juice
lemon juice
seedless grapes
black grapes, seeded
oranges, segmented
apples, cored and sliced
banana, sliced
shelled brazil nuts, halved
Mix the wine, orange and lemon juice.
Put all the fruit into a bowl, pour on the liquid and chill for several hours.
Stir in the nuts just before serving.
Serves 4
