bacon, cut diagonally into strips, cook
until crisp
feta cheese, cut into small cubes
lettuce leaves, washed and dried
juice of 1 lemon
Method :
Arrange lettuce on a platter. Halve, peel and remove stone from
avocados. Slice and toss in lemon juice, arrange
on lettuce. Combine olive oil and remaining lemon
juice in a pan, heat until hot, then add the bacon. Arrange feta over top of salad,
quickly pour hot bacon dressing over salad and serve immediately.
