Method :
Saute onion
and garlic in oil until tender. Add beef, shrimps and chicken. Simmer
uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add carrots, long beans
and water. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add cabbage and salt, stir until
cabbage is done. When all the vegetables are cooked, remove to cool.
Place a pancake on a platter. Top with a lettuce leaf. Spoon cooled
vegetable mixture onto it. Roll pancake up, folding in both sides. Serve
immediately with brown sauce.
To prepare
brown sauce - Mix sugar and cornflour. Stir in stock and soy sauce. Keep
stirring till mixture boils, then lower heat. Add garlic and stir till
sauce thickens.
