Method :
Boil the garbanzos until they are cooked but not yet soft.
Cut
the sausages into small pieces. Cut the peppers into julienne strips,
slice the tomatoes and onion and chop the garlic very finely.
Place into a mixing bowl, add the vinegar and olive oil and season to
taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss well before
serving.
