Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and fry beaten
egg until cooked.
- Shred with ladle and push aside.
- Fry sliced onion until limp.
- Lift out the egg and onion.
- Fry the dried shrimps until
fragrant.
- Add all other ingredients except
shredded lettuce and fry well for 3 minutes.
- Serve garnished wit shredded
lettuce.
Serves 4 - 6
This is a wholesome breakfast dish
especially if there is any rice left over from the previous night's
meal.
