Method :
Cook the
pasta in boiling water until it is tender. Drain and raise. Process the
onion and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped. Add the
parsley, lemon juice, olive, oil, salt and black pepper. Process until
smooth. Add to the pasta, toss to mix and serve.
