Noodles With Bean Sprouts Recipes

fresh thin egg noodles
sesame oil
clove garlic, finely crushed
light soy sauce
rice vinegar
light brown sugar
fresh red chili, cored, seeded and finely
chopped
bean sprouts
crisp inner Cos lettuce leaves, shredded |
Method :

Bring a large saucepan of water to
the boil.

Add noodles, return to boil, stir,
then cover and boil according to packet instructions, until just
tender.

Drain well and tip into a warm
serving bowl.

Toss with 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

Set aside.

Put remaining sesame oil, garlic,
soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and chili in a blender.

Mix together.

Scatter bean sprouts and lettuce
shreds over noodles.

Stir sesame oil dressing and pour
over noodles and vegetables.

Transfer to serving dish, toss and
serve.
Serves 3-4 as a side dish.
