Method :
In a mortar or small bowl, pound
chilies with a pestle or end of a rolling pin. Add shrimp paste and pound
thoroughly. Gradually add lime juice, using
pestle or end of rolling pin to work lime juice into pounded
chilies. Serve relish in a non-reactive
bowl, or store in a covered glass jar. Serves 4-6
