Ingredients :
500 g medium sized prawns, shelled
3 cups thin coconut milk
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 cup fermented durian flesh, (Tempoyak)
2 turmeric leaves piece fresh turmeric
3 cm cloves garlic
4 salt to taste
Place the ground ingredients, thin coconut milk, fermented durian flesh (Tempoyak) and prawns in a pot.
Stir well so the the fermented durian flesh is well mixed.
Cook over a low flame.
When the gravy boils, add in the thick coconut milk and turmeric leaves.
Season well with salt.
Cook until the turmeric leaves are limp.
Serve with rice.
