Method :
Wash the lotus root, remove the ends.
Scald the whole root in water, set aside. Stuff the holes of the lotus
root with salty minced beef. Cut into 3 portions. Mix the batter. Coat
the lotus root with batter and deep fry in hot until golden brown. Cut
them into slices about 1 cm thick.
Serve immediately.
