Method :
Remove the stalks of the mushrooms. Mix
the plain flour and cornflour and sprinkle over the underside of the
mushroom. Set aside. Melt butter, stir fry chopped onion. Mash the
salmon, add onion, egg white with seasoning. Stir well. Stuff the
mixture into the mushrooms. Sprinkle with plain flour again. Deep fry in
hot oil until golden brown. When mushrooms float, turn up the heat.
Remove and drain. Serve
immediately.
