Method :
Wash
chicken breast then mince. Add seasoning. Mix well. Then put in
beaten egg whites. Stir well. Heat wok.
Add 4 tbsp of oil and heat until very warm. Pour in ingredients.
Turn over with turning spade, keeping it in one pieces. Dish up and
drain well. Clean
wok. Add a little oil. Bring sauce ingredients to the boil. Add
cooked chicken egg mixture sheet and simmer for a while. Dish up.
Sprinkle with chopped ham and Chinese parsley. Garnish with
strawberries. Serve.
