Method :
Crush
or pound together shallots, garlic, cumin seeds, and coriander in a mortar
with pestle or small food processor. Combine mixture with beef,
breadcrumbs, egg yolk, sambal ulek and soy sauce. Shape mixture into small
walnut-sized balls. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry meatballs for 5-6
minutes or until golden. Serve meatballs with wedges of lime and/ or sweet
chili sauce.
