Ingredients :
1 tbsp peanut oil
500g pork fillet, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp root ginger, grated
1/4 cup sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
2 tbsp water
4 green shallots, sliced
Method :
Heat oil in a wok. Add pork and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden. Add onions and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger, kecap manis, water and green shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve with side bowls of boiled rice.
