Method :
- Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic
paste and red chilies, add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring
constantly.
- Add ginger, sliced green chilies
and salt, cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces and cook till
the curry becomes thick and the chicken is tender.
- Stir in the red green peppers and
garam masala.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot, accompanied by Indian
bread.
