chicken, cut into 12 pieces

oil

garlic paste

red chili, pounded coarsely

tomatoes, blanched and chopped

ginger, chopped

green chilies, sliced

red and green bell peppers

garam masala

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic paste and red chilies, add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add ginger, sliced green chilies and salt, cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook till the curry becomes thick and the chicken is tender.
  4. Stir in the red green peppers and garam masala.
  5. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, accompanied by Indian bread.
