fillets - sole or plain, cut into 3 pieces
oil
onion
seeds
red
chilies, dried
garlic
cloves, sliced
onion,
sliced
tomatoes,
sliced
coconut,
shredded
coriander
powder
water
lime juice
coriander,
chopped
salt to
taste

Method :
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Reduce heat and add onion seeds,
dried red chilies, garlic and onion.
- Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the tomatoes, grated
coconut, salt and coriander.
- Add the fish pieces to the mixture
and turn gently to cook evenly.
- Simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the water, lime juice and
chopped coriander.
- Cook further for 3-5 minutes or
until the water evaporates.
- Remove to serving dish and serve
hot, accompanied by steamed rice or and mixed vegetable raita.
