Method :

Steam the ham for 30 minutes.

Remove skin, fat and bone and cut
into thin slices.

Mix together the honey, sugar and
oil.

Arrange the ham slices on the
greaseproof paper and pour over the honey mixture.

Wrap the ham with greaseproof paper
and then wrap in lotus leaves.

Bake the wrapped ham in a moderate
oven for 2 hours.

Cool for 15 minutes before removing
the wrappers.

Serve at once.
