Method :
Fry the pork
chops in the butter and oil, add the garlic, crushed, towards the end of
the cooking, together with the salt and pepper. Put the meat on a heated
plate and keep warm. Deglacer the pan with the wine, add the mustard and
mix well. Then add the gherkins, the parsley and cream. Pour the sauce
over the chops and serve.
