Method :
Tear all the
salad leaves into pieces approximately the same size, and mix together in
a bowl with the herbs.
Combine the
mustard, sugar, garlic, vinegar and oil in a screw-topped jar and shake
well. Season to taste.
Just before
serving, shake the dressing again and pour over the salad. Toss well.
Serves 4-6
Croutons make an excellent addition to
this salad. Add crushed garlic when frying the cubes of bread.
