Method :
Remove the heads from the prawns, if necessary. Lay the prawns in a gratin
dish. Mix half the lemon juice, the olive oil, one clove of garlic and the
pepper, then pour this mixture over the prawns. Cover and leave to
marinate for 1-2 hours.
Heat
a meat grill., Lift the prawns out of the marinade and cook them on the
grill for about 6 minutes, turning one. While the prawns are cooking, put
the remaining garlic, lemon juice, butter and parsley into a small
saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the prawns to a heated serving dish and pour the butter mixture
over them. Serve at once.
Serves 4 as a starter
The prawns are grilled in their shells to
keep them moist.
