Blend 3/4 cup (185ml / 6 fl oz) skim milk,
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and an egg in a food processor until frothy.
Pour into a bowl and soak 2 thick slices of bread in the mixture. Heat a
non-stick pan, add one teaspoon of butter and cook the bread until
lightly browned on each side, pouring any remaining milk mixture onto
the bread during cooking. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of sugar and eat while
hot.
