1 pound cooked tuna
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 bunch scallions, finely sliced, with
green tops
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup soy mayonnaise
1/2 tsp white pepper

Method :
Crumble tuna
into a medium mixing bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add scallions,
diced tomato, and olives and mix well. Stir mayonnaise and white pepper
into tuna mixture and blend well. Refrigerate thoroughly until well
chilled and flavors are completely combined. Fresh tuna is
the best, but if you are in a pinch, canned tuna is an adequate
substitute. Serve as a savory spread with crackers, or as a dip with
chips.
