Method :

Clean the fish, wash and drain well.

Slice thinly.

Scrape the radish and carrots and
slice thinly lengthwise.

Peel the cucumber and slice thinly
lengthwise.

Mix the mint and lime juice with the
fish to get rid of the unpleasant fishy smell.

When the ingredients are ready, place
on a flat dish.

Serve with plum sauce, light soy
sauce, sliced chilies, pickled green chilies and mustard.

Squeeze lime juice over the raw fish
and sprinkle with pepper.
