Bream and Tomato Potage Cooking Recipes

onion, chopped
bream fillets, skinless
lemon juice
large tomatoes, chopped
red capsicum, chopped
chopped parsley |
Method :
- In a large saucepan, add 4 tbsp of
water, heat and add onions.
- Sweat onions for 3 minutes.
- Chop fish fillets into 2cm
squares, add to the onions.
- Add lemon juice, tomatoes and
capsicum, cook 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Add parsley and toss through fish
mixture, serve immediately.
