Method :
Dice duck
fillet. Mix in marinade and leave it for 10 minutes. Cut peppers into
chunks. Heat 2 tbsp of oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add duck. Stir
fry duck until done. Add peppers and toss well. Set on a dish and leave
aside. Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Sauté ground black peppercorn until
fragrant. Pour in sauce. Bring to the boil. Heat up the iron plate. Put
the meat and peppers on it. Then pour the sauce over and serve.
Iron plates
is excellent for keeping food hot. Iron plate should be heated up before
using. Sauce is best cooked separately and thinly as the sauce gets
thicker after being poured into the heated iron plate.
