Method :
Cut chicken
into small cubes. Thread the chicken onto skewers. Arrange the skewers
on a flat dish. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over the
chicken. Leave chicken to marinade for at least an hour, turning
occasionally. Grill or barbecue the saté chicken, turning frequently and
basting from time to time with marinade. Serve hot, accompanied by
Peanut Sauce, Gado Gado and brown rice.

recipe that makes a great alternative for the barbecue. Green prawns,
pork, beef or lamb fillet are all delicious cooked with this marinade.
