Method :
Top and tail
beets, peel and grate. Heat margarine in a frying pan over medium high
heat, and add beetroot, spring onions (shallots), black pepper and salt.
Sautee gently, turning from time to time, for about 10 minutes or until
cooked through.
Beetroot has
a sweetness that adds contrast to a meal.
