Method :
Place
strawberries in saucepan with water and lemon juice. Cover, bring to
boil and simmer for 10 minutes, or microwave on 'high' for 5 minutes.
Mash fruit slightly and stand for 10 minutes. Dissolve gelatine
according to instructions on packet, and add to fruit. Stir in
sweetener. Pour into a clean hot jar. Cover, cool and refrigerate.
You can vary
this recipe by using other berries instead of strawberries.
