Method :
Wash wheat
under cold running water. Place in saucepan, pour chicken stock over.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until tender. In line with
the new way to eat, carbohydrate should be central to the meal. Cracked
wheat prepared this way is quick and easy. Use it to build a meal just
as you would with, say, brown rice or wholemeal noodles.
