Method:

Slice the
carrots diagonally into 5mm thick slices, or if using baby carrots,
leave them whole.

Steam for
5-10 minutes, or until tender.

Melt 1.5 tbsp
honey and 80g butter together in a small saucepan, pour over the carrots
and toss to combine.

Season,
sprinkle with chopped, fresh chives and serve hot.
