Method :
Bring chicken
stock to the boil in a saucepan. Add olive oil. Turn heat low. Carefully
pour couscous into the saucepan and stir. Add a pinch of salt and a
grind of black pepper. Cover with lid and turn heat off. Leave to stand
for about 10 minutes. Before serving, fluff the couscous with a fork.
Garnish with sultanas.
