Method :
Chop the pork
and shrimps and put into a bowl, add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of salt,
1 tsp of sesame oil, and 2 tbsp of water. Stir in one direction till
thoroughly mix and springy, add the chopped spring onion and mix well.
This is the filling. Put the filling on the top of each wonton skin, roll,
wrap and pinch into candy-like. Heat the pan, pour in 3 cups of salad oil.
When oil is hot, deep-fry wonton till golden yellow. Remove, skewer a few
in each skewer and serve.
